  8. Beautiful birds, who wouldn't love to be that shade of green!? Well, if you were a bird obviously. Would look a bit of a violent shade on a human!

    1. They're fine, there are thousands in South London. They come from the foothills of the Himalayas originally so the cold isn't a problem.

  14. When I saw "lovers' tiff" in the blogfeed I wondered what you and Mr FHCS had been up to;) Thank goodness it was these gorgeous creatures!

Beautiful images - gorgeous sky, gorgeous birds. They used to say "blue and green never should be seen" - what a ridiculous saying ;) x

  16. Love it. We went to a bird garden yesterday but it was so cold none of the birds were feeling amorous. The sky certainly wasn't that blue either. Am jealous of all the nice weather you lot down south are having.

  17. They're so beautiful - amazes me that some people think they should be got rid of because they're not native to this country!

  19. That's just up the road from me (you should have popped in for tea!) I'm always amazed seeing the parakeets, they are so noisy that you usually hear them before you see them.
